Fulvio di Piazza

Fulvio Di Piazza was born in Syracuse on 8 September 1969. In 1993 he received his diploma in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Urbino. Lives and works in Palermo where he teaches Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts. Starting in 1996 he embarked on an artistic career that led him to exhibit in private galleries and national and international museums. Among the personal exhibitions should be mentioned in 2012 “ASHES TO ASHES” and in 2017 “ENTANGLED” at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in New York, while among the numerous group exhibitions “TURN THE PAGE” ten years of Hi-Fructose Magazine at the MOCA Virginia , AKRON MUSEUM Akron Ohio and the SACRAMENT MUSEUM OF MODERN ART – Sacramento (CA). In 2011 he participated in the Venice Biennale – Italian Pavilion. His works have been acquired by important museum institutions such as the “URBAN NATION MUSEUM” of Berlin and the Museum of Regional Contemporary Art of Palazzo Riso- Palermo.
