(ANSA) – PALERMO, 25 OCTOBER – A special biscuit and a work of art to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the pomelia, the symbolic plant of Palermo’s Botanical Garden, and to promote the message of respect for the environment and sustainability with an eye to solidarity.
This is Tiziana Serretta’s “Art, Culture and Social” project. in collaboration with Nadia Speciale’s Barbera&Partners, which will be presented next Thursday at 10.00 am in the Lanza Room of the Botanical Garden, as part of the press conference presenting the ‘Zagara
d’autunno 2021’, the autumn event of the gardening and floriculture exhibition-market, now in its 21st edition, scheduled at the Botanical Garden from 29 October to 1 November. The artwork created by artist Daniela Forcella, in collaboration with Serretta, and the art biscuit, created by Serretta and made strictly by hand with organic and vegan flours by master Paolo Forti, celebrating the pomelia will be on display. Part of the proceeds from the sales of the artwork and the biscuit will be donated to an initiative in favour of the Botanical Garden. (ANSA).
